Originally built in 1881 and designed in the Stick/Eastlake style, the Dayton Historic Depot is now the oldest surviving passenger train station in the state. The Depot has been beautifully restored and is now a museum. Revolving exhibits are featured in the upstairs gallery.

WINTER HOURS: Closed for the month of January
(November–April): Wednesday - Saturday, 11:00am to 4:00pm

SUMMER HOURS: (May–October): Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00am to 5:00pm

Closed: Sunday–Tuesday and holidays.

October 7th from 10:00am to 3:00pm

This year’s historic home tours includes the Weinhard family home, and two beautifully maintained, 100 year old Dayton homes. Also see the Boldman House, Depot and the Columbia County Courthouse, including the jail!
